This session is aimed at both new/emerging companies and those who have been in existence for under 5 years and are looking for ways to sustain and develop their practice. It will offer practical guidance on development, touring, marketing, strategy and fundraising, and will help you question and articulate what you do and why you do it.

 

This session will be run by Producer Claire Bigley and Artistic Director of Tmesis Theatre Elinor Randle. Claire has over 15 years’ experience in the arts sector as a venue programmer, development officer and producer, and Elinor has successfully run a nationally renowned touring company and international festival since 2003.
