We are looking for a highly-motivated Admin Assistant who will gain invaluable experience working within an Arts company. The key purpose of this role being to ensure the smooth running of all areas of our activities, creating an admin system that supports our staff, artists, and all relevant stakeholders. Ideally, the candidate will have working knowledge of Microsoft excel, word, and be able to manage data and produce documents.

ARTS MARKETING & COMMUNICATION ASSISTANT
We are seeking a highly-motivated individual with an ambition to develop a career in arts marketing, who will enjoy making a valuable contribution towards Tmesis’ marketing and audience development. This is a part-time remote-working role for 25 hours per week, supporting the work of the producer.
You will engage in a variety of activities, including:
- supporting the implementation of marketing campaigns, according to brand guidelines
- updating the website, according to brand guidelines
- generating social media content, and reciprocal marketing.
Ideally, you will have some experience of social media or marketing support within arts/cultural environments.
