1919 Race Riots- Animated Walking Tour & AR Trail- Coming this October!

  |   Performance

We have been working with Writing on the Wall, First Take & Pagoda Arts on films and live performance which marks the centenary of the 1919 Race Riots in Liverpool as part of Black history month Festival.

ANIMATED WALKING TOUR- SAT 26TH & SUN 27TH OCTOBER (10.30AM & 2.30PM)

In June 1919 Race Riots exploded on Liverpool’s streets resulting in the murder of young black Seafarer, Charles Wotten. Join us as we create moments of performance for a moving, animated walking tour as we walk those same streets, considering the testimony of those most effected, bringing this crucial piece of history back to life.
